pHc has vast experience of working on a range of research, surveys and customer experience projects. Here is a small selection of some of the projects we have been involved with –

  Industrials
Stora Enso – is a global organisation in the packaging, paper and wood products industry. The Group has 30 000 employees and 85 production units worldwide, and is a publicly traded company listed in Helsinki and Stockholm. pHc helped Stora Enso to implement a Voice of the Customer program across all its Business Areas. We helped design survey systems, closed loop and best operating practise mechanisms to drive improvements in customer satisfaction.
BT – is one of the world’s leading communications services companies, serving the needs of customers in the UK and in more than 170 countries worldwide.
BT conduct numerous customer satisfaction surveys but found that these were not particularly good at predicting loyalty and likelihood to churn. pHc reviewed BT’s data and proposed a new approach to surveying and questionnaire design.

   LEBC – is a well established national company of Independent Financial Advisers, dedicated to providing expert, independent advice to their clients: personal, corporate and partnerships.
pHc was appointed to conduct in-depth research into their brand positioning and how the brand was perceived by a range of stakeholders.
  Property & Construction
Redrow Homes – is one of the UK’s leading residential and mixed-use property developers, aiming to be the developer of choice for customers, colleagues, landowners, suppliers, subcontractors and investors. Working with our sister company Visitor Feedback, we provide Redrow with valuable feedback on potential buyers’ opinions of their homes and communities
Mactaggart & Mickel Homes – a well established Glasgow-based homebuilder. pHc has worked extensively with Mactaggart & Mickel, including creating and implementing a CSR strategy and numerous research projects.

CALA Homes, Taylor Wimpey, The Gladedale Group, Thomas Mitchell Group – all have used pHc’s research services for various projects

SynGro- is a world leader in enabling large organisations to increase their customer loyalty, retention and profitability by capturing, managing and driving action from a Voice of the Customer programme. pHc assists SynGro with solutions and business process design and also helping customers in implementing VoC programs.
Company Net- is a leading business consultancy and software development house, dedicated to building upon the Microsoft platform to help businesses throughout the UK achieve financial growth. pHc worked closely with Company Net to provide business consultancy support when they were considering user interfaces and architecture of websites.
