Customer Satisfaction
We have significant experience in the area of customer satisfaction and Voice of the Customer (VoC) projects. We have worked with many organisations to design and implement surveys . However, gathering feedback is only the first stage, organisations need to act on feedback by ‘closing the loop’ and implement best practise to improve their performance. We are familiar with many of the popular survey systems, including the Net Promoter Score (NPS).
Research Projects
We are often asked to undertake specialist research projects where the client requires insights for new products, brands or to understand target market perceptions. For each of these projects we work closely with the client to develop a research methodology that ensures that they obtain the answers they can act upon. In many cases we will utilise our own software tools to facilitate the data gathering.
